The project concept was to translate the wave footprint on the sandy shore of Miramar to the project contour lines and elevations. We worked on the fifth elevation by integrating roof gardens and green walls. Each chalet in the second floor have a private pool that plays the role of a light well that will let the day light filtrate through the water to reach the living room and gives a refreshing feeling for the residents.
A private pool for Miramar 2 residents was placed in in the center of the project embraced with marble and strips of grass in a horizontal repetition of lines to mimic the shape of the sea waves.
