Ziad Mrad | Bahsas Road, Tripoli - Lebanon Under Construction 2024 Several modifications were necessary to adjust the scheme to the varying needs and budget of the clients. The façade of the three buildings is built with blocks of concrete, a cheap material creating a special tension with the sophisticated technology. These buildings were made in an urban context with the minimum cost to suit the neighborhood in which it is located. The design had introduced great flexibility and variations in the dwellings, the facade is bathed with metallic skin which is easy to work with and is considered more attractive than other materials. The variety of materials is clearly a communication and graphic tool for this building. Other than metal, concrete and glass are used in the composition of this facade. Materials are conventional and details restrained both reflecting the low budget even so the details in construction show a delicate touch. Images « Back to Projects Share Project | |
